Quarantine log #23

Honestly, I don’t even know right now that how many days I have been in quarantine now because I lost track of the days, literally. Right now I just got done with hunting, prepping, and having my breakfast. It was delicious!

The last two days were all about my book. I had run a free book promotion on Amazon and I’m thankful to all the people who came out in support. Here is my book “The stardust in my soulbones” and you can grab it right away if you want to give it a read. I want to make the best of the time, I’m spending indoors and that’s why I’m gonna focus a lot on reading also in the coming days because we all know a good writer never stops reading. It’s essential and the next few days are going to be all about gaining some knowledge and wisdom instead of spilling some.

It’s 4:24 in the PM right now and the weather is 38 degrees celsius which is pretty hot. A lot of things are going on in my head right now and one of those things is which book should I read next! I was never ever grateful for kindle books as I’m right now because, at this time when there is no way that I can go out and get a book from a store or even order from Amazon, kindle books are really coming in handy. I can literally read anything because of this thing called ebooks. Amazing!

So, talking about focusing more on gaining wisdom makes me think about all the creators out there. Not just writers but painters or singers or actors or beauty bloggers or just any artist. We all are content creators and even though I agree that all our ideas breed in our little but still intelligent head, there is always something that inspires them to be there. For that inspiration, we should never stop consuming good content. Read and learn and watch content belonging to your genre and even other genres because you never know where your next idea is lying. You can be a beauty blogger and you may find your next idea while watching a cooking video or reading a book about history. Just be open to ideas and I believe that they will come rushing to you from every corner, literally.

For this kind of idea rush mumbo jumbo, you need to make sure that you have something to be inspired from and I think there are plenty of sources available for that. You can read books, watch videos, listen to music, watch documentaries, read blogs, and even browse for Pinterest for a while. There are a million ways to be inspired, just get up and find it because not every time inspiration comes running to you. Sometimes, you gotta go and grab it by the throat.

Okay, that was too intense maybe! But you got the meaning!
